Section 125 Plan

Section 125 Plan benefits available for employees of CCDA Dealer Members include:

    • Accident Coverage
    • Specified Disease Coverage – Cancer and Critical Illness
    • Supplemental Medical Coverage
    • Life Insurance – Term and Universal
    • Dental and Vision Coverage
    • Flexible Spending Accounts for Health Care and Dependant Care

The employee pays the premium through payroll deduction. Several benefits are eligible for pre-tax deduction, saving the employee money. Most benefits are portable. If an employee leaves the company, they may continue their coverage with no increase in premium. Participation is completely voluntary on an individual basis, and coverage is available for spouses and dependent children as well.

This program provides CCDA Dealer Members with the opportunity to expand and enhance their benefit offerings at no cost to the employer. In addition, the employer saves payroll tax dollars for each premium dollar that is pre-taxed.
